These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WZ999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the WZ999 website located at https://wz999.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications.

WZ999 operates as an English-language sports betting and online casino information and services platform. These Terms apply in full to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform in any capacity.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Access to and use of the WZ999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated service during the currency of that exclusion.

To access the full features of the WZ999 Platform, you must register an account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. By submitting a registration, you warrant that:

• All information provided — including name, date of birth, address and contact details — is accurate, complete and not misleading.
• You are registering only one account for your own personal use. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your use of the Platform where identity verification is deemed necessary, WZ999 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds. Acceptable documentation typically includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within the last three months)
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money-laundering obligations

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account termination. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WZ999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform will at all times comply with:

• These Terms and Conditions and any supplementary rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform
• All applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location at the time of use
• The spirit of fair and responsible gambling as outlined in Section 12 (Responsible Gambling) of these Terms

WZ999 reserves the right to monitor all Platform activity for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, compliance and quality assurance. Your use of the Platform constitutes consent to such monitoring.

All bets placed on the WZ999 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is not considered confirmed until you have received a unique bet reference number from the Platform and the bet appears in your account's Bet History. Do not assume a bet is placed based solely on clicking a button.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate continuously. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation apply to your wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market carries minimum and maximum stake limits. Attempting to place a bet outside these limits will result in rejection of the wager. Specific limits are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• Void Bets: WZ999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including (but not limited to) obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations and clear evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
• Live Betting: In-play markets carry inherent latency and data-feed risks. Bets accepted after the outcome of the event has been determined (whether due to system delay or otherwise) may be voided at WZ999's absolute discretion.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: For Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC and bilateral series markets, all outcomes are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body. No reference to Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC or any team implies partnership or endorsement.

From time to time, WZ999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following overarching conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering or rollover requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 20× rollover must generate total qualifying bets equivalent to 20 times the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum per-bet stake limit applies. Placing a single bet above this limit may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable cap is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%, table games may contribute at 10%–20%, and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific offer's terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus carries an expiry window (typically 7 to 30 days). Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-generated winnings. For example, a PKR 25,000 cash-out cap means any winnings above that threshold attributable to bonus play will not be transferable to your withdrawable balance.
• One Account, One Bonus: Promotional offers are available once per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple accounts' worth of a single bonus constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account only once the funds have been received and confirmed by WZ999's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are specified in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification, compliance with wagering requirements where applicable, and the operator's internal processing schedule. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WZ999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or tools to interact with the Platform in any manner that mimics or replaces genuine human activity
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or circumventing betting limits
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches for financial gain rather than reporting them to the support team
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome or odds of any wagering product
• Attempting to launder money or process any funds of criminal origin through the Platform
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any other Platform process
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location via VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any manipulation of the sporting events available on the Platform
• Sharing, selling or transferring account access to any third party

All content on the WZ999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of WZ999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and use the Platform content for your own informational and recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of WZ999.

The WZ999 name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks of WZ999. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited. References to third-party brand names — including PSL, ICC, Easypaisa, JazzCash and others — are made solely for informational context. No affiliation with or endorsement by those entities is claimed or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WZ999 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses
• Gambling losses arising from wagers placed on the Platform — all wagers are made voluntarily and at the User's sole risk
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures or events outside WZ999's reasonable control
• Loss or corruption of data transmitted through or stored on the Platform

Where WZ999 is found liable despite the above limitations, WZ999's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by the User to their account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WZ999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing users with the tools and information needed to maintain control of their gambling activity. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to engage with the following responsible gambling obligations:

• Adults Only: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher minimum applicable in your jurisdiction) and that gambling is legal in your place of access.

WZ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules or policies
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity in connection with the account
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information
• Detection of access from a Prohibited Territory
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within a specified timeframe
• Confirmed multiple-account activity in contravention of Section 9
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure)

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance or winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money balance (net of any bonus-related adjustments) will generally be returned to the User via a compliant payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.

A User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure is subject to settlement of any outstanding bets and completion of pending withdrawal requests.

WZ999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document
• Display a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the update
• Where practicable, notify registered users via their account email address

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is duly licensed and incorporated, as specified in the operator's current licensing disclosure.

For Pakistani users: nothing in these Terms overrides, limits or modifies the application of applicable Pakistani federal or provincial law to your conduct as a Pakistan-resident user.
